Key responsibilities
  • 01Project Management: Responsible for profitability of the Project Coordinating with consultant
  • 02RFP alignment and readiness sessions to validate project scope, timeline, resource availability, and budget assumptions across departments.
  • 03Partner with Commercial and Finance to assess project economics, cost structures, and profitability before commitments are made.
  • 04Review and confirm vendor or subcontractor arrangements for procurement, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • 05Enterprise Project Governance & Risk Management
  • 06Design, implement, and maintain project governance frameworks, defining accountability, escalation paths, and decision
  • 07Oversee project portfolio health by maintaining dashboards and governance reports for executive visibility.
  • 08Develop and maintain a project and risk register tracking progress, dependencies, financial exposure, and compliance risks.
Preferred qualifications
  • PMP, Prince2 or equivalent certification preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
  • · Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.
  • · PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
