المسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق الذكاء الاصطناعي في تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ نماذج وأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحديد فرص الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تعزز قيمة الأعمال.
- توجيه الفريق لاستخدام أطر وأدوات التعلم الآلي بشكل فعال.
- الإشراف على دورة حياة المشروع من البحث والنماذج الأولية لنشر الإنتاج.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة بأحدث الاتجاهات والتطورات في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي والتعلم الآلي.
- إنشاء أفضل الممارسات وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر والابتكار.
المتطلبات
- الخبرة: أكثر من 6 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في التعلم الآلي أو التعلم العميق أو هندسة الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- 3+ سنوات من الخبرة في القيادة التقنية أو دور التوجيه.
- البرمجة والأطر: إتقان مستوى الخبراء في لغة Python وأطر التعلم العميق (يفضل PyTorch بشدة، أو TensorFlow).
- البنية التحتية السحابية: خبرة عملية واسعة النطاق مع Microsoft Azure، وتحديدًا بناء خطوط التدريب والنشر باستخدام مساحة عمل Azure ML، وMLflow، وتنسيق الحاويات (Docker/Kubernetes).
- خبرة البرمجة اللغوية العصبية: الفهم العميق لبنيات البرمجة اللغوية العصبية الحديثة (المحولات، ومتغيرات BERT، وGPT)، والترميز، وقواعد بيانات المتجهات، والمكتبات مثل Hugging Face وLang Chain/Lang Graph.
- خبرة السيرة الذاتية: أساس رياضي قوي في معالجة الصور وخبرة في بناء نماذج مخصصة باستخدام بنيات OpenCV وYOLO وPyTorch Vision.
- MLOps: قدرة مثبتة على بناء خطوط أنابيب CI/CD لنماذج التعلم الآلي، وإدارة سجلات النماذج، ومراقبة انحراف النماذج في الإنتاج.
- خبرة في بناء ونشر وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي المستقلين (على سبيل المثال، استخدام Langchain،langgraph،Crew ai).

المتطلبات
1Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
23+ years of experience in a technical leadership or mentoring role.
3Programming & Frameworks: Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch is strongly preferred, or TensorFlow).
4Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, specifically building training and deployment pipelines using Azure ML workspace, MLflow, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
5NLP Expertise: Deep understanding of modern NLP architectures (Transformers, BERT, GPT variants), tokenization, vector databases, and libraries like Hugging Face and Lang Chain/Lang Graph.
6CV Expertise: Strong mathematical foundation in image processing and experience building custom models using OpenCV, YOLO architectures, and PyTorch Vision.
7MLOps: Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, manage model registries, and monitor model drift in production.
8Experience with building and deploying Autonomous AI Agents (e.g., using Langchain,langgraph,Crew ai ).
9Background in edge deployment for Computer Vision models (TensorRT, ONNX).
