نبذة عن الوظيفة

نحن نبحث عن وكيل خدمة عملاء / تأجير للانضمام إلى فريقنا ويكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم تجربة ممتازة للعملاء طوال رحلة تأجير السيارة. يتضمن الدور التعامل مع تسجيل وصول ومغادرة العملاء، والرد على الاستفسارات والمخاوف المتعلقة بالتأجير، وفحص المركبات، والحفاظ على مخزون الأسطول، ودعم عمليات الأسطول اليومية. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً أيضًا عن الترويج لخدمات الإيجار الإضافية ودعم الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والأضرار والعيوب الفنية. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بمهارات تواصل وخدمة عملاء قوية، واهتمام جيد بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة، وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس. 0-3 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة. يفضل الخبرة السابقة في خدمة العملاء أو قطاع الخدمات. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل جيد جدًا، شفهيًا وكتابيًا. اللغة العربية بطلاقة، شفهياً وكتابياً. مهارات جيدة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء. قدرات تشغيلية وتعدد المهام جيدة. اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والدقة. المعرفة الأساسية بتطبيقات MS Office. القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى والتعامل مع استفسارات العملاء بشكل احترافي. رخصة قيادة سارية ومهارات قيادة جيدة.

1We are looking for a Customer Service / Rental Agent to join our team and be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the vehicle rental journey.
2The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, good attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a very good command of English.
3Requirements
4Bachelor’s degree.
50–3 years of relevant experience.
6Previous experience in the customer service or service sector is preferred.
7Very good command of English , both verbal and written.
8Fluent Arabic, both verbal and written.
