Experience
Minimum 5 years in HR preferably within the manpower outsourcing staffing industry Client Experience Proven experience handling Government clients in Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
Employee onboarding deployment and offboarding Employee relations and grievance handling Client coordination and relationship management HR documentation and employee records Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Requirements
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Added Advantage: Chinese language proficiency. Salary AED 5,000–6,000 per month. Joining Immediate preferred; maximum 30 days’ notice.
