المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة تصميم وتطوير واختبار ونشر تطبيقات البرمجيات.
- توفير القيادة التقنية والإرشاد لفريق التطوير.
- مراجعة التعليمات البرمجية لضمان الجودة وقابلية الصيانة والأمان والالتزام بمعايير الترميز.
- التعاون مع مديري المنتجات والمهندسين المعماريين وضمان الجودة وأصحاب المصلحة لتحديد الحلول التقنية.
- تقسيم متطلبات العمل إلى مهام فنية وتوجيه التنفيذ.
- قيادة ممارسات التطوير Agile، والتخطيط السريع، والتقديرات الفنية.
- استكشاف المشكلات التقنية المعقدة وإصلاحها وتقديم حلول فعالة.
- ضمان أداء التطبيق، وقابلية التوسع، والموثوقية، والأمن.
- تعزيز DevOps وCI/CD والاختبار الآلي وأفضل الممارسات في هندسة البرمجيات.
- البقاء على اطلاع بالتقنيات الناشئة والتوصية بتحسينات العملية والتكنولوجيا.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 7+ سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير البرمجيات، بما في ذلك سنتين على الأقل في دور قيادي تقني.
- إتقان قوي لواحدة أو أكثر من لغات البرمجة مثل Java، أو C#، أو Python، أو JavaScript/TypeScript، أو Go.
- تجربة مع الأطر الحديثة والأنظمة الأساسية السحابية (AWS، Azure، أو Google Cloud).
- فهم قوي لواجهات برمجة تطبيقات RESTful وهندسة الخدمات الصغيرة وقواعد البيانات (SQL/NoSQL) وتصميم النظام.
- تجربة مع خطوط أنابيب Git وCI/CD وDocker وKubernetes ومنهجيات Agile/Scrum.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات والاتصالات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة ممتازة.
المؤهلات المفضلة
- تجربة قيادة الفرق الهندسية الموزعة أو البعيدة.
- شهادات السحابة (AWS، Azure، أو Google Cloud).
- المعرفة بـ DevSecOps والبنية التحتية كرمز (Terraform) وتنسيق الحاويات.
- خبرة في أدوات الرصد والملاحظة.
- اللغة العربية إلزامية
المسؤوليات
1Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
2Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
3Review code to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to coding standards.
4Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
5Break down business requirements into technical tasks and guide implementation.
6Drive Agile development practices, sprint planning, and technical estimations.
7Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
8Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
المتطلبات
1Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
27+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
3Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
4Experience with modern frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
5Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system design.
6Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
7Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
8Experience leading distributed or remote engineering teams.
9Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
10Knowledge of DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and container orchestration.
11Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
12Arabic speaker is mandatory
