يسر منصة التعليم المصرية أن تعلن عن افتتاح مدرس رياضيات - المرحلة الابتدائية متخصص في المنهج الوطني في مدرسة مدينتي المتكاملة للغات. سيكون المرشح الناجح فعالاً في تنمية المهارات الرياضية الأساسية لدى الطلاب مع تعزيز بيئة تعليمية إيجابية وجذابة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تخطيط وتقديم دروس الرياضيات التفاعلية والمناسبة للعمر والتي تتوافق مع متطلبات المنهج الوطني للمرحلة الابتدائية.
- خلق جو حيوي وشامل في الفصل الدراسي يشجع الفضول والحماس للرياضيات.
- الاستفادة من مجموعة من استراتيجيات التدريس والموارد لاستيعاب أساليب التعلم المختلفة وتحقيق أقصى قدر من مشاركة الطلاب.
- تقييم ومراقبة تقدم الطلاب بشكل منتظم، وتقديم تعليقات بناءة لدعم رحلة التعلم الخاصة بهم.
- تشجيع التفكير النقدي، وحل المشكلات، وعقلية النمو من خلال أنشطة التعلم والتحديات المتنوعة.
- الحفاظ على التواصل الفعال مع أولياء الأمور فيما يتعلق بإنجازات الطلاب ومجالات التحسين.
- الانخراط في التطوير المهني المستمر لتحسين منهجيات التدريس والبقاء على اطلاع بأفضل الممارسات التعليمية.
- المساهمة في تعزيز مجتمع مدرسي قوي من خلال التعاون مع الزملاء والمشاركة في الفعاليات المدرسية.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الرياضيات أو التعليم أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل مؤهل التدريس مع التركيز على التعليم الابتدائي.
- خبرة في تدريس الرياضيات المتوافقة مع المنهج الوطني ميزة إضافية.
- فهم قوي للممارسات والمنهجيات التعليمية الفعالة للتدريس في المرحلة الابتدائية.
- مهارات الاتصال والتعامل مع الآخرين ممتازة، مع اتباع نهج داعم ومشجع.
- شغف حقيقي بالرياضيات والتفاني في إلهام المتعلمين الصغار.
- الالتزام بالنمو المهني وممارسات التدريس التعاونية.

المتطلبات
1Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
2Teaching qualification with a focus on Primary Education is preferred.
3Experience teaching mathematics aligned with the National Curriculum is a plus.
4Strong understanding of effective educational practices and methodologies for primary-level teaching.
5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a supportive and encouraging approach.
