تبحث BlackStone eIT عن قائد موهوب / مطور كبير في Outsystems لرفع مستوى فرق التطوير لدينا. في هذا الدور المحوري، ستكون في طليعة مشاريع Outsystems لدينا، حيث تقود المبادرات الحاسمة لنجاح عملائنا مع توجيه المطورين المبتدئين والتعاون بشكل وثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة التجاريين. 📌 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتقديم تطبيقات Outsystems عالية الجودة بما يتماشى مع متطلبات العمل.
- توفير القيادة التقنية والإرشاد لفرق التطوير، وتعزيز أفضل الممارسات.
- العمل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لجمع المتطلبات وترجمتها إلى مواصفات فنية.
- ضمان التنفيذ الناجح لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات، من التصميم إلى النشر.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التعليمات البرمجية والإشراف على الالتزام بمعايير الترميز.
- ابق على اطلاع دائم بالتطورات التي حققتها شركة Outsystems وابتكارات الصناعة لدمج التقنيات الجديدة.
- قيادة اجتماعات المشروع لتتبع التقدم المحرز وضمان تسليم المعالم في الوقت المناسب.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، هندسة البرمجيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- ما لا يقل عن 8 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير البرمجيات، متخصصة في Outsystems.
- 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي أو دور عليا داخل النظام البيئي Outsystems.
- فهم عميق لأنماط تصميم التطبيقات وأفضل ممارسات تطوير البرمجيات.
- تجربة مع منهجيات إدارة المشاريع رشيقة.
- مهارات الاتصال والتعاون الجماعي قوية.
- عقلية استباقية مع القدرة على حل المشاكل المعقدة.
- تحظى شهادة (شهادات) الأنظمة الخارجية بتقدير كبير.
المسؤوليات
1Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications in alignment with business requirements.
2Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices.
3Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
4Ensure the successful execution of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
5Participate in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standards.
6Stay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations to integrate new technologies.
7Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
8📌 Key Responsibilities:

1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2A minimum of 8 years of software development experience, specializing in Outsystems.
3At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
4Deep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practices.
5Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
6Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
7A proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
8Outsystems certification(s) is highly regarded.
