نحن نبحث عن فني PDR ماهر ومهتم بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن إصلاح انبعاجات السيارة والضربات وأضرار البَرَد باستخدام أدوات وتقنيات إصلاح الانبعاجات المتخصصة بدون طلاء، مع الحفاظ على تشطيب المصنع الأصلي للمركبة.

المتطلبات

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • إجراء إصلاح عالي الجودة للانبعاجات بدون طلاء (PDR) على سيارات العملاء، بما في ذلك الخدوش الصغيرة والضربات وأضرار البَرَد.
  • فحص وتقييم الأضرار لتحديد طرق الإصلاح المناسبة.
  • استخدم أدوات PDR متخصصة للوصول إلى الخدوش وإزالتها دون التأثير على الطلاء.
  • التأكد من أن جميع الإصلاحات تلبي معايير الشركة والصناعة للسلامة والجودة.
  • التواصل مع مستشاري الخدمة والمقدرين والعملاء فيما يتعلق بحالة الإصلاح والجداول الزمنية.
  • الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة ورعاية أدوات ومعدات الشركة.
  • اتبع جميع إرشادات السلامة وإجراءات مكان العمل.
  • توفير خدمة عملاء استثنائية والمساهمة في نجاح الفريق بشكل عام.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

  • خبرة مثبتة كفني إصلاح دنت بدون طلاء (يفضل 2-3 سنوات على الأقل).
  • معرفة تقنية قوية بأدوات وتقنيات الديمقراطية الشعبية.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكفاءة تحت إشراف الحد الأدنى.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والمستوى العالي من الحرفية.
  • رخصة قيادة صالحة وسجل قيادة نظيف.
  • شهادة أو تدريب رسمي في PDR زائد.

المهارات المطلوبة:

  • التنسيق الممتاز بين اليد والعين والبراعة اليدوية.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وإدارة الوقت.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
  • الموقف الذي يركز على العملاء مع مهارات الاتصال القوية.

بيئة العمل:

  • ورشة لتصليح السيارات / بيئة مركز الاصطدام.
  • يتطلب الوقوف والانحناء والعمل بالأدوات لفترات طويلة.
  • استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) كما هو مطلوب.

6Ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards for safety and quality.
7Communicate with service advisors, estimators, and customers regarding repair status and timelines.
8Maintain a clean and organized work area and care for company tools and equipment.

10Strong technical knowledge of PDR tools and techniques.
11Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
12Attention to detail and high level of craftsmanship.
13Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
14Certification or formal training in PDR is a plus.
