نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تحديد والتحقق من صحة متطلبات العمل الرئيسية لتحديد احتياجات المشروع والابتدائية
الأهداف.
- إجراء تحليل ممكن، ونطاق المشاريع، والعمل مع فريق المشروع لتحديد أولويات التسليمات.
- إدارة توقعات أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين، والنطاق، والاتصالات، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع
مستخدمو الأعمال ووظائف الدعم لفهم متطلبات حالة الاستخدام.
- إنشاء وثائق عملية مفصلة ويعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق التطوير.
- ضمان التوقيع على وثيقة تصميم الحل وUAT.
- إدارة دعم الأتمتة الحية وتنفيذ متطلبات التغيير كجزء
لعملية التحكم في التغيير المنظمة.
- قيادة وتطبيق عملية إعادة هندسة العمليات التجارية للعميل كلما أمكن ذلك أو
يتطلب تطبيق منهجيات Lean Six Sigma.
المتطلبات
- التعليم: درجة علوم الكمبيوتر أو أي درجة ذات صلة
- سنوات الخبرة: 4+ في دور مماثل، خلفية أتمتة الأعمال زائد.
- المعرفة التقنية والعملية المحددة:
- شهادة تحليل الأعمال RPA أمر لا بد منه.
- التطوير الأساسي لتقنية RPA أمر لا بد منه.
- المعرفة بالأعمال التجارية والسوق والصناعة:
- تجربة RPA أو البرمجيات أمر لا بد منه.
- تجربة التحول الرقمي أمر لا بد منه.
- يفضل الخبرة في اختبار البرمجيات.
- يفضل خبرة في الرسم البياني المنطقي القائم على سير العمل
المسؤوليات
1Identify and validate the key business requirements to define the project needs and the primary
2Perform feasible analysis, projects scope, work with the project team to prioritise deliverables.
3Manage external stakeholder expectations, scope, and communication, working closely with
4Business users and support functions to understand use case requirements.
5Create detailed process documentation and works closely with the development team.
6Ensure sign-off on solution design document and UAT.
7Manage the support of live automations and implementation of change requirements as part
8of a structured change control process.
المتطلبات
1Education: Computer Science degree or any relevant degree
2Years of experience: 4+ in similar role, Business automation background is plus.
3Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge:
4RPA Business Analysis certificate is a must.
5RPA Fundamental development is a must.
6Business, Market & Industry Knowledge:
7RPA or Software Experience is a must.
8Digital transformation experience is must.
9Experience in software testing is preferred.
10Experience of workflow-based logic diagram is preferred
