نبذة عن الوظيفة
باعتبارك أحد كبار مهندسي DevOps في مختبرات Dubizzle، ستضمن أن خدماتنا سليمة وخاضعة للمراقبة ومؤتمتة ومصممة لتوسيع نطاقها. ستستخدم خلفيتك كأخصائي عام للعمليات للعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق التطوير لدينا بدءًا من المراحل الأولى للتصميم وحتى تحديد مشكلات الإنتاج وحلها. ستدعم مجموعة واسعة من المنتجات التي تركز على الأتمتة والتوافر والأداء، وقبل كل شيء الموثوقية.
المتطلبات
- العمل كنقطة أساسية مسؤولة عن الصحة العامة والأداء والكفاءة والقدرة لبيئة الإنتاج لدينا
- كن جزءاً من تنفيذ وتصميم الأنظمة المستخدمة لتشغيل دوبيزل، مع التركيز على الأتمتة وقابلية الصيانة على نطاق واسع
- خبرة في بناء عمليات CI/CD كبيرة (يفضل الخبرة في إجراءات Github وJenkins)
- التعاون مع فريق التطوير في القضايا المتعلقة بالعمليات، وتوفير الدعم والعمل كأصحاب المصلحة
- توفير تجربة تطوير سريعة وموثوقة لفرق المنتج من خلال الحفاظ على بيئات شبيهة بالإنتاج تستخدم للتطوير والاختبار
- تطوير أدوات لمراقبة التطبيقات المخصصة بشكل فعال في بيئة واسعة النطاق
- استكشاف المشكلات وإصلاحها عبر المجموعة بأكملها - الأجهزة والبرامج والتطبيقات والشبكة
- ترحيل التطبيقات من البيئات القديمة مع الحد الأدنى من التوقف
- شارك في التناوب المشترك على مدار 24 ساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع عند الطلب
- تصميم نظام الوثيقة والإجراءات
الخبرة والمؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو الهندسة أو مجال معادل وخبرة كبيرة في DevOps.
- شهادة مهندس حلول AWS
- 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في دعم الخدمات المستضافة في بيئة تواجه العملاء كبيرة الحجم
- خبرة في استخدام أدوات DevOps والعمليات والثقافة والأنظمة الموزعة ودعم الأنظمة ذات المهام الحرجة
- خبرة في العمل على التكامل المستمر/خطوط أنابيب التسليم باستخدام أدوات مثل إجراءات Jenkins وGithub
- إظهار القدرة على كتابة البرامج / الأدوات المساعدة باستخدام لغة برمجة عالية المستوى مثل: Go وRuby وPython بالإضافة إلى Bash
- أكثر من 4 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في تشغيل وإدارة البنية التحتية على نطاق واسع باستخدام أداة تنسيق الحاويات kubernetes
- خبرة في تنفيذ الترحيل من مكدس (مجموعات) التكنولوجيا التقليدية إلى AWS EKS أو ما شابه ذلك

1Requirements
2Serve as a primary point responsible for the overall health, performance, efficiency and capacity of our production environment
3Be part of the implementation and design of the systems used to operate Dubizzle, with a focus on automation and maintainability at large scale
4Experience in building large CI/CD processes (experience with Github actions & Jenkins is preferred)
5Collaboration with the development team on operations-related issues, providing support and acting as stakeholder
6Provide fast and reliable development experience for product teams by maintaining production-like environments used for development and testing
7Develop tools to effectively monitor custom applications in a large-scale environment
8Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack - hardware, software, application and network

8Migrate applications off of legacy environments with minimal downtime
9Take part in a shared 24x7 on-call rotation
10Document system design and procedures
11Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field and significant experience in DevOps.
12AWS Solutions Architect certification
135+ years experience in supporting hosted services in a high-volume customer-facing environment
14Experience with DevOps tools, processes, culture, distributed systems, supporting mission-critical systems
