- قيادة استراتيجية المنتج والرؤية بما يتماشى مع أهداف العمل الشاملة
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لتحديد الميزات والتحسينات وترتيب أولوياتها بناءً على أبحاث المستخدم واتجاهات السوق والتحليل التنافسي

1Drive product strategy and vision in alignment with overall business objectives
2Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements based on user research, market trends, and competitive analysis

4Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the organization

المتطلبات
16+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products
2Supply chain, fulfillment experience is a plus
3Expertise in managing both green field and brown field products, as well as deploying and launching products in regulated environments
4Experience leading and mentoring other product managers, while collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile setting
5Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, with ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
6Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box
7A high level of empathy, with skillful communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
8High energy and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
9Highly motivated, self-driven, proactive, excited to work in a fast paced and culturally diverse work environment
