- Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different sales positions within the company.
- Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).
- Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.
- Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
- Act as a focal points between internal departments for onboarding.
Requirements
- 6 months up to 2 years of related experience in HR. (Real-estate Experience is a plus)
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Self -Motivated and Initiative Taker
- Excellent written and spoken English
