Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities, such as roads, railroads, airports, bridges, harbors, channels, dams, irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems. - 04Supervise and manage civil works for G+1 projects
- 05Ensure all work meets Dubai Municipality and related authority regulations
- 06Prepare and review site reports, drawings, and technical documents
- 07Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
- 08Conduct routine site inspections and monitor daily progress
- 09Support in resolving technical and site
- 10Prepare the estimation , BOQ and supervision on materials and procurements.
- 11: Prepare and review engineering studies, design documents, specifications, and technical reports. Perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete systems using STAAD Pro. Provide expert
- 12Site supervision of civil and structural works
المؤهلات المفضّلة
- — Chartered Membership in Engineering discipline (preferred)
- — MBA or secondary relevant degree is an advantage
- — Arabic communication skills (spoken and written) preferred
- — UAE Driving License (preferred)
- — At least 3 years of civil engineering experience in Dubai (preferred)
