  • 01Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 02Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software and techniques.
  • 03Analyze project requirements and assess resource availability and allocation.
  • 04Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential deviations from the schedule.
  • 05Prepare and present regular reports on project status, including updates on timelines and deliverables.
  • 06Collaborate with project teams to gather information and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • 07Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential schedule delays.
  • 08Ensure that all planning activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • 09Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, establish project baselines, and track progress against the baseline to ensure timely delivery.
  • 10Monitor project activities, update schedules, and prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • 11Liaise with project manager, engineers, client and other project stakeholders to collect data, validate progress, and support schedule updates.
  • 12Identify potential schedule risks or delays, assess their impact, and recommend mitigation measures to keep projects on track.
