- 01Monitor project costs and variations
- 02ups for cost estimates. Review, endorse, or reject contractor invoices and claims based on detailed cost evaluation and assessment. Authorise Contract Request Documents to initiate tender processes.
- 03Production of cost estimates at concept, scheme and detailed design stage
- 04Manage the tender process, review and analyze tender returns and prepare a recommendation to the Project Manager
- 05Work on shop drawings for the project and review the details under the supervision of the PM
- 06Evaluate Subcontractor/Contractor shop drawings against the approved drawings
- 07As primary project cost controller, ensure that the project remains on budget through the design and construction phases
- 08Liaise with the separate contract admin team to ensure a reliable handover of pre
- 09contract documentation and be available to respond to future queries as needed
- 10Assess and value progress payments and change requests
- 11Review and compare scopes of work, production rates, and cost data
- 12Prepare, review, and update cash
المؤهلات المفضّلة
- — or a related discipline (preferred)
- — Professional certifications in quantity surveying or cost management are an advantage
- — Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
- — Immediate joiners preferred
