Key Account Executive

  • 01Identify and prospect large enterprises for interior fit
  • 02out and design & build opportunities in UAE.
  • 03Track new commercial developments, lease expiries, relocations, and expansion mandates.
  • 04Engage CXOs, Real Estate Heads, and Procurement Teams to convert opportunities.
  • 05Own client relationships from first interaction to project closure.
  • 06Demonstrate knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM), DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense, DEWA, and related authority approvals.
  • 07Build strong broker, landlord, and developer relationships across UAE.
  • 08Coordinate internally to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project execution alignment. Ideal Candidate Profile
