Accountant | Real Estate Experience

Luxarabia Real Estate is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring transactions, and supporting the finance function to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.
• Monitor company income, expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and employee expense claims.
• Track real estate commission payments and maintain accurate records of agent commissions.
• Assist in preparing payroll-related financial information and coordinate with HR when required.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT return preparation and submissions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other financial service providers when required.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending payments.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and applicable UAE accounting regulations.
• Support management with financial analysis and ad hoc accounting reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee-related information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of real estate accounting experience.
• Real estate or property brokerage accounting experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
