Assistant Finance Manager-Construction & Real Estate experience

Meraki Group is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager who leads accounting operations, manages a small team, and handles internal controls. Leadership & Corporate Reporting

• Team Management: Directs and guides a team of 3 accountants.
• Corporate Communication: Reports financial updates directly to corporate headquarters.

Financial Operations & Planning

• MIS Preparation: Builds Management Information Systems reports to track business performance.
• Cash Flow & Funding: Plans cash flow and manages daily funding needs.
• Collections: Tracks receivables and follows up for timely payments.

Controls & Business Support

• Audit Management: Handles internal and external audits.
• Inventory Checks: Performs internal checks on stores and stock.
• Team Support: Assists both the production and commercial departments with daily financial needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in managing a team of 3-4
• 5-6 years of relevant experience
• ACCA, CA or CA inter preferred
• Currently holding the title of Assistant Manager or equivalent
