We're Hiring | Consultant Psychiatrist 📍 Location: Dubai 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and qualified Consultant Psychiatrist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, manage complex mental health conditions, and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment planning and patient wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of psychiatric and mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy, where qualified.
• Manage complex psychiatric cases and provide crisis intervention when required.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, risk assessments, and follow-up consultations.
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient and family counselling and education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
• Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based psychiatric practice.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Psychiatry.
• Valid DHA eligibility or license , or eligibility to obtain one.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant level.
• Strong knowledge of current psychiatric assessment and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.
