Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Financial Analysis Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily in-market sales and stock performance analysis to provide timely and accurate business insights.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing, discounts, and profitability by SKU and account to support margin improvement.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes by validating assumptions and improving accuracy of outcomes.
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to support key business decisions through cash flow tracking and financial analysis, including KSA-related projects.
- Manage and control online revenue streams and stock performance across digital platforms.
- Prepare regular financial and management reports to highlight risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen financial discipline and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, or Business Finance.
- Professional certifications such as CMA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA are an advantage.
- Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Strong experience in commercial analysis and profitability management.
- Demonstrated success in business partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Evidence of contribution to business growth and process improvement initiatives.
