Leasing & Commercial Contracts Counsel (UAE)

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks a qualified Legal Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts including leases and distribution agreements. You will support leasing transactions, ensure Ejari/Tawtheeq registrations, and monitor UAE regulatory developments. The role requires 5-8 years of corporate legal experience with strong drafting, negotiation, and risk management skills, plus collaboration with Leasing, Finance, Administration and Operations teams.
