Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement customized modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that drive our business processes and scale our technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Design and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Custom Development: Write clean, scalable code using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, and the Power Platform (Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Power Automate, and PCF controls).
• Integration: Integrate D365 with third-party applications, legacy systems, and external APIs using Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, establish technical guidelines, and ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices and performance standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with functional consultants, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers on technical design, troubleshooting, and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and the Power Platform.
• Technical Stack:
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Solid knowledge in X++, for D365 F&O customization: Plugins, Workflows, customized models, event hundlers and COC (chain of commands).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines).
• Database & Reporting: Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI integration.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in agile development environments.
