Warehouse Manager

Position: Warehouse Manager Talent-360.me is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize all warehouse operations. This role involves managing the storage, distribution, and inventory control activities to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence, maintain safety standards, and improve logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Manage warehouse staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure stock accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance and use of warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to support supply chain objectives.
• Manage warehouse budget and monitor expenses.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and prepare operational reports.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety standards.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
