This position plays a vital role in maintaining the property's standards, preventing downtime, and supporting Accor's commitment to exceptional guest experiences and sustainable operations. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. * Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently. * Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential maintenance needs. * Operate and maintain fire safety and emergency systems according to local regulations. * Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation accurately. * Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure safety, comfort, and operational reliability. * Maintain detailed maintenance records, equipment logs, and inventory lists. * Follow all safety standards and local building codes to ensure compliance. * Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new maintenance technologies. * Support the implementation of energy-saving and sustainable facility practices. Candidate Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or engineering roles within hospitality or facility management. * Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. * Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance practices. * Familiarity with building automation systems and fire safety panels. * Ability to interpret technical documents and work independently or as part of a team. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and maintenance software. * Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing manual tasks safely. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. * College degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred. * Relevant technical certifications (HVAC, electrical, or mechanical) are advantageous. * Excellent organizational skills and customer service orientation.
