  • 01Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying guest expectations from arrival through to departure
  • 02Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • 03Maintain a good working relationship with all Front Office employees and ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and offered assistance at all times
