Key responsibilities
- 01To provide supervision and leadership to Maintenance Technicians
- 02Conduct quality control inspections of all aspects of Facilities Management.
- 03To develop and deliver Preventive Maintenance programs
- 04Keeps the facility running efficiently by overseeing both personnel and equipment
- 05Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- 06Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- 07Oversee construction and renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations.
- 08Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- 09Participate in architectural and engineering planning and design, including space and installation management.
- 10Set goals and deadlines for the department.
- 11Conduct classes to teach procedures to staff.
- 12Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
