  • 01Identify potential hazards such as slips, trips, falls, or chemical exposure.
  • 02Perform regular fire safety audits and ensure all exits and extinguishers are unobstructed and functional.
  • 03Collaborate with the Security team to monitor CCTV for safety breaches.
  • 04Lead the Emergency Response Team (ERT) during fire drills or medical emergencies.
  • 05Organize and conduct safety induction training for all new hires.
  • 06Ensure the hotel is compliant with HACCP (Food Safety) and OSHA (Occupational Safety) standards.
  • 07Maintain updated First Aid kits and coordinate certification for "First Aid Wardens" across departments.
  • 08Investigate all workplace accidents or guest injuries.
  • 09Prepare detailed "Root Cause Analysis" reports and recommend corrective actions.
