Key responsibilities
  • 01Review MEP designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance with project
  • 02Saudi Nationality (Mandatory)
  • 03Design, review, and oversee installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
  • 04Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans.
  • 05Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • 06Oman’s building codes, labor laws, safety regulations, and permitting requirements
  • 07Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  • 08Conduct inspections and quality checks for MEP works.
  • 09Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
