HSE Manager

  • 01: Reviews the contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of OSHE
  • 02Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with ISO standards and industry requirements.
  • 03Lead site HSE teams and provide guidance, coaching, and leadership for all HSE matters.
  • 04Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and project
  • 05specific HSE requirements for marine and offshore activities.
  • 06Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification (HAZID), and implement control measures.
  • 07Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
  • 08Manage HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments at both corporate and field locations.
  • 09Coordinate safety training programs, toolbox talks, emergency response drills, and competency evaluations.
  • 10Review and approve method statements, lifting plans, marine operations plans, and other technical documents.
  • 11Ensure HSE controls and monitoring are effectively implemented for barge operations, dredging equipment, offshore logistics, and marine plant.
  • 12Prepare and submit HSE reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards to senior management and clients.
Preferred qualifications
  • Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001) is preferred.
  • Saudi nationals are preferred.
  • Offshore, marine, oil & gas, or construction background preferred.
  • ISO Auditor, Fire Safety, First Aid certifications (advantage)
  • Candidates currently based in Qatar are strongly preferred
