- 01Monitor project costs and variations
- 02Production of cost estimates at concept, scheme and detailed design stage
- 03Manage the tender process, review and analyze tender returns and prepare a recommendation to the Project Manager
- 04Work on shop drawings for the project and review the details under the supervision of the PM
- 05Evaluate Subcontractor/Contractor shop drawings against the approved drawings
- 06As primary project cost controller, ensure that the project remains on budget through the design and construction phases
