Nurse Manager

  • 01Supervise and coordinate home healthcare and wellness services (IV therapy, post

  • 03Manage nursing staff scheduling and performance
  • 04Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
  • 05Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and facility policies
  • 06Oversee documentation, reporting, and quality control
  • 07Act as liaison between patients, families, and management
  • 08Maintain complete and detailed records of patients' health care plans and prognoses.
  • 09Develop treatment plans, based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines.
  • 10Provide patients with information needed to promote health, reduce risk factors, or prevent disease or disability.
  • 11Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • 12Diagnose or treat complex, unstable, comorbid, episodic, or emergency conditions in collaboration with other health care providers as necessary.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Active DHA RN License
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Philippines, European or Iranian.
  • Regulatory Compliance (DHA)
  • Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain valid staff licenses and monitor renewal deadlines.
  • Prepare facility for DHA inspections and audits.
Preferred qualifications
  • 3+ years clinical experience (home healthcare preferred)
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
