Occupational Therapist

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs that help build or restore vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills, as well as general independence, to persons with disabilities or developmental delays.   • 01Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to determine their functional needs.
  • 02Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, goals, and needs.
  • 03Apply therapeutic techniques and interventions to assist patients in improving their ability to perform everyday activities.

  • 10Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients.
  • 11Complete and maintain necessary records.
  • 12Plan, organize, and conduct occupational therapy programs in hospital, institutional, or community settings to help rehabilitate persons with disabilities because of illness, injury or psychological or developmental problems.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Abu Dhabi.
  • 3 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably within a clinical or healthcare setting.
