Key responsibilities
- 01Develop and agree the project execution plan with the project team and ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the deliverables.
- 02Ensure that the contract is carried out in a cost
- 03Ensure that the Project Engineering is managed in an effective manner making sure that the contract deliverables, value engineering and submittal phases are well coordinated and controlled.
- 04Carry out a weekly HSE meeting and record the general concerns and actions required by the relevant line managers and update all sub
- 05Carry out weekly Commercial meetings incorporating Change Management Control, Variations, Deviations, Procurement Analysis and Cost Versus Allowable impact.
- 06Carry out weekly progress meetings with the deliverable teams incorporating the Cost Versus Allowable information with the actual site performance.
- 07Manage the Human Resource requirements and issue Staff & Labour Scheduling with Un/Loading requirements with performance reports
- 08Make sure that company disciplinary and performance reward requirements are compiled and reported within the bi/monthly project reports.
- 09Ordinate the Project requirements ensuring that the Project is delivered on time and in budget.
- 10Years of Experience in Constructions and Projects Management.

- : Effective change control process application.
- : Achievement of claims mitigation and claims management if appropriate.
- : Monitors cost aspects of the project within direct control to forecast final costs, identifies trends and takes action to avoid cost overruns.
- : Promotes implementation of VIP (value improving practices) on the assigned project to achieve overall effectiveness of the use of capital on projects.
