How we estimate Gulf salaries
Every salary figure on Tabbio is a modelled estimate, not a scraped or self-reported number. Here is exactly how each range is built, so you can judge it for yourself.
What goes into each estimate
- 01
Country baseline: a median mid-level monthly gross for each of the six Gulf markets, in local currency.
- 02
Seniority: junior, mid, senior and lead multipliers applied to that baseline.
- 03
Role & department: pay adjusts by department (technology, oil & gas, hospitality, and more) and by role signals in the title.
- 04
Demand: roles with higher Gulf hiring volume carry a small in-demand adjustment.
Sources
Baselines and multipliers are calibrated against published Gulf pay surveys (Michael Page, Cooper Fitch, Hays) and Tabbio's own aggregated job-posting volume across the six markets. The market-signal counts shown on role pages are modelled figures scaled from posting volume, not counts of individual salary reports.
Limitations
Figures are directional, marketing-grade estimates for orientation, not a live salary feed, a job offer, or financial advice. Actual pay varies by employer, package structure, allowances and negotiation.
