نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية والمالية اليومية.
- إدارة الإغلاق المالي الشهري والفصلي والسنوي.
- إعداد ومراجعة البيانات المالية والتقارير الإدارية.
- ضمان دقة السجلات والمعاملات المالية.
- تطوير ومراقبة الميزانيات والتدفقات النقدية.
- إنشاء والحفاظ على ضوابط مالية داخلية قوية.
- ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الضريبية والمحاسبية والتنظيمية.
- التنسيق مع مراجعي الحسابات الخارجيين وأصحاب المصلحة الماليين الآخرين.
- تحليل الأداء المالي وتسليط الضوء على المخاطر والفرص.
- تقديم رؤى وتوصيات مالية للإدارة العليا.
- قيادة وتطوير فريق المالية/المحاسبة.
المتطلبات
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 7+ سنوات من الخبرة المالية/المحاسبية ذات الصلة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك مع خبرة في دور مراقبة.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة وإعداد التقارير المالية.
- خبرة قوية في إعداد الميزانية، والتنبؤ، والتحليل المالي.
- معرفة ممتازة بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات/المحاسبة وبرنامج Excel.
- فهم قوي للضوابط الداخلية والعمليات المالية.
- خبرة في عمليات مراجعة الحسابات، والضرائب، والامتثال التنظيمي.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
- مهارات الاتصال والقيادة ممتازة.
- CPA، CMA، ACCA، أو شهادة معادلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية قوية.
- الخبرة في تكنولوجيا التعليم، أو التكنولوجيا، أو البيئة ذات النمو المرتفع تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المسؤوليات
1Oversee daily accounting and financial operations.
2Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
3Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
4Ensure accuracy of financial records and transactions.
5Develop and monitor budgets and cash flow.
6Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls.
7Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
8Coordinate with external auditors and other financial stakeholders.
المتطلبات
1Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
27+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience , preferably with experience in a controlling role.
3Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
4Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
5Excellent knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and Excel .
6Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes.
7Experience with audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
8Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9Excellent communication and leadership skills.
10CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
11Experience in the EdTech, technology, or high-growth environment is a plus.
