نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة من خلال فهم احتياجات العملاء ومطابقتها للمخزون الحالي المتاح للإيجار.
- تحقيق وتوسيع نطاق أهداف المبيعات والنتائج المتفق عليها ضمن الجدول الزمني.
- إعداد اتفاقية الإيجار أثناء تقديم المشورة بشأن المركبات وبيعها والإضافات الاختيارية للعملاء وفقًا لاحتياجاتهم وإدارة تغيير حالة المركبات على الأنظمة.
- الحفاظ على دقة جميع المعاملات المالية المتعلقة باتفاقية الإيجار والتأكد من إتمام جميع المعاملات المعينة بنجاح.
- التواصل عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني لتأكيد الحجوزات والتوصيل بطريقة فعالة.
- متابعة الخدمات اللوجستية للمركبات والتأكد من تسليم جميع المستندات المطلوبة إلى CSA، مدقق الأسطول.
- مساعدة الفرع في العودة وتحول المركبات حسب الحاجة.
- أداء الواجبات الوظيفية الأخرى المخصصة لتلبية احتياجات العمل.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في أي تخصص.
- 1 – 3 سنوات من الخبرة في خدمة العملاء أو المبيعات.
- لديهم دوافع ذاتية ومدفوعة بأهداف ذات سجل حافل في المبيعات.
- خدمة عملاء ممتازة ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- مهارات اتصال قوية – بما في ذلك اللفظي والكتابي.
- القدرة على التأثير والتفاوض مع الآخرين.
- الوعي التجاري.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- القدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة
- مهارات استثنائية في التعامل مع الآخرين وبناء العلاقات.
المسؤوليات
1Provide excellent customer service through understanding the needs of the customers and matching it with the current available inventory for rent.
2Achieve and extend agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
3Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs and manage vehicles status change on systems.
4Maintain accuracy of all financial transactions related to rental agreement and ensure that all assigned transactions are done successfully.
5Communicate via telephone and email to confirm the reservations and drop offs in an efficient manner.
6Follow up on the logistics of the vehicles and ensure that all required documents are handed to CSA, Fleet checker.
7Assist branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed.
8Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
المتطلبات
1Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
21 – 3 Years of experience in customer service or sales.
3Self-motivated and driven by targets with a proven track record in sales.
4Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
5Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.
6The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
7Commercial awareness.
8Attention to detail and accuracy.
