نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مدير البناء الأول مسؤولية قيادة جميع أنشطة البناء في الموقع والإشراف عليها لضمان تسليم المشاريع بأمان وفي الموعد المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية ووفقًا لمعايير الجودة المطلوبة. يدير هذا الدور فرقًا متعددة التخصصات، وينسق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين، ويضمن الامتثال الكامل للمتطلبات التنظيمية ومواصفات المشروع وإجراءات الشركة. يعمل مدير البناء الأول كسلطة أساسية لتنفيذ الموقع وأداء البناء.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، وإدارة التشييد، والهندسة المعمارية، أو المجال ذي الصلة.
- أكثر من 15 عامًا من الخبرة في إدارة الإنشاءات ضمن مشاريع التطوير واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة مثبتة في تقديم مشاريع البناء أو الضيافة أو السكنية أو متعددة الاستخدامات.
- معرفة قوية بمنهجيات البناء، والتسلسل، والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات.
- خبرة في إدارة المقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن وبيئات الموقع المعقدة.
- الإلمام باللوائح المحلية، والسماح بالعمليات، وتنسيق السلطة.
- مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال والقيادة وصنع القرار.
- الشهادات المفضلة: PMP، CCM، أو ما يعادلها.

2Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
315+years of experience in construction management within large‑scale development projects.
4Proven experience delivering building, hospitality, residential, or mixed‑use developments.
5Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and multidisciplinary coordination.
6Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and complex site environments.
7Familiarity with local regulations, permitting processes, and authority coordination.
8Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
