المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة الفريق وتطويره: إدارة وتوجيه وتوجيه فريق من خبراء تحسين محركات البحث (كبار السن والمستويات المتوسطة)، وتقييم أدائهم، وتحديد مسارات تطورهم الوظيفي.
- ملكية استراتيجية العميل: بناء وقيادة استراتيجيات تحسين محركات البحث المتقدمة لعملائنا الرئيسيين، مما يضمن توافقها مع أهداف أعمالهم.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء: العمل كنقطة اتصال استراتيجية رفيعة المستوى للعملاء، وقيادة الاجتماعات المهمة، والتأكد من رضاهم وولائهم.
- التميز التشغيلي: الإشراف على عمليات الإدارة، وتحسين سير العمل، وتخصيص الموارد بشكل فعال لضمان تسليم المشاريع بأعلى مستويات الجودة.
- الإشراف الاستراتيجي: العمل كخبير نهائي ومرجع للفريق في حل المشاكل المعقدة وتوفير التوجيه الاستراتيجي لكبار السن.
- التعاون بين الإدارات: العمل بشكل وثيق مع مديري الأقسام الآخرين (على سبيل المثال، شراء المحتوى والوسائط) لضمان تسليم استراتيجيات التسويق المتكاملة.
المتطلبات
- ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة الإجمالية في تحسين محركات البحث (SEO).
- ما لا يقل عن سنة واحدة من الخبرة في منصب إداري.
- ما لا يقل عن سنة واحدة من الخبرة داخل وكالة التسويق الرقمي (وهذا شرط إلزامي).
- عقلية استراتيجية قوية مع القدرة على ترجمة أهداف العمل إلى خطط كبار المسئولين الاقتصاديين قابلة للتنفيذ.
- مهارات استثنائية في الاتصال والعرض وإدارة علاقات العملاء.
- الفهم العميق لجميع جوانب تحسين محركات البحث (التقنية، داخل الصفحة، خارج الصفحة، تحسين محركات البحث المحلية).
- كفاءة عالية في تحليل البيانات واستخدام أدوات مثل Google Analytics وAhrefs وSEMrush وScreaming Frog لاستخلاص الأفكار الإستراتيجية.

المسؤوليات
1Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of SEO experts (Seniors and Mid-levels), evaluate their performance, and define their career development paths.
2Client Strategy Ownership: Build and lead advanced SEO strategies for our key clients, ensuring they are aligned with their business objectives.
3Client Relationship Management: Serve as a senior strategic point of contact for clients, lead important meetings, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
4Operational Excellence: Oversee the department's operations, improve workflows, and effectively allocate resources to ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality.
5Strategic Oversight: Act as the ultimate expert and reference for the team in solving complex problems and provide strategic guidance to the Seniors.
6Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other department managers (e.g., Content and Media Buying) to ensure the delivery of integrated marketing strategies.
7You will be responsible for leading our talented team of SEO experts, owning client strategies, and acting as a key partner in the department's growth.
8Key Responsibilities:

1A minimum of 5 years of total experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
2A minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity.
3A minimum of 1 year of experience within a digital marketing agency (this is a mandatory requirement).
4A strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable SEO plans.
5Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and client relationship management.
6Deep understanding of all aspects of SEO (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local SEO).
7High proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to extract strategic insights.
