نبذة عن الوظيفة
- إدارة عملية التوظيف من البداية إلى النهاية. تحديد المصادر وإجراء المقابلات والتقييم ووضع قائمة مختصرة للمرشحين لشغل مناصب مبيعات مختلفة داخل الشركة.
- تأمين خط أنابيب من المرشحين المحتملين من خلال قنوات التوظيف المختلفة (توظيف أقسام المبيعات).
- تطوير وإعداد التوصيف الوظيفي وتقارير TA ورسائل العرض.
- البحث عن قنوات توظيف جديدة لتعزيز انتشار الشركة وتسريع نمو الشركة.
- العمل كنقطة محورية بين الإدارات الداخلية للتأهيل.
المتطلبات
- 6 أشهر إلى سنتين من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مجال الموارد البشرية. (الخبرة العقارية تعتبر ميزة إضافية)
- مهارات الاتصال وحل المشكلات
- دوافع ذاتية ومتخذ المبادرة
- اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة ممتازة
المسؤوليات
1Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different sales positions within the company.
2Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).
3Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.
4Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
5Act as a focal points between internal departments for onboarding.
6Requirements
76 months up to 2 years of related experience in HR. (Real-estate Experience is a plus)
