  • 01Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section efficiently
  • 02Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to set standards
  • 03Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained
  • 04Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
  • 05Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • 06Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage
  • 07Coordinate with Head Chef and Executive Chef for daily operations
  • 08Manage a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met at all times.
  • 09Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards during service.
  • 10Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently prior to service periods.
  • 11Support the Sous Chef in executing menus aligned with the restaurant concept, seasonal availability, and sustainability commitments.
  • 12Monitor recipe adherence, portion control, and food quality consistency.
