- 01Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings, within budget and time schedules.
- 02Maintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project team
- 03Manage the RFI and change order process in the field.
- 04faceted construction activities, including subcontractors, and personnel
- 05Ensure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable HSE policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
- 06Implement and enforce HSE protocols, lead toolbox talks, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- 07Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activities.
- 08Oversee contractors and vendors during site preparation, civil works, mechanical and piping installation, structural fabrication, and commissioning support.
- 09Monitor construction schedules and budgets, and proactively manage deviations or risks.
- 10Serve as the focal point for construction
- 11related matters on site, representing the project team in meetings with clients, authorities, and third parties.
- 12Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions

- — Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
