Head Chef

  • 01Prepare and cook a variety of dishes specializing in Iranian, Turkish, and Arabic cuisines.
  • 02Develop new recipes and menus in line with our restaurant's concept.
  • 03Train and lead kitchen staff in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes
  • 04Develop and refine recipes to ensure the highest quality and authenticity.
  • 05Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • 06Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.
  • 07Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
  • 08Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • 09office skills to manage POS systems, inventory, costing, and recipe documentation.
  • 10Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal menus and special dishes.
  • 11Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards.
  • 12Develop and design a full menu (burgers, sandwiches, fries, noodles, sauces, etc.).
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — 5+ years of experience in preparing Iranian cuisine.
  • — Strong knowledge and experience in Turkish and Arabic cuisines.
  • — Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • — Proficient in using POS systems and managing kitchen inventory.
  • — Strong understanding of food costing and recipe development.
  • — Ability to thrive in a fast
  • — paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • — Preferably Iranian with own visa or an Arabic speaker
المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • — control skills. Formal culinary education is preferred. Experience working in the Middle East is an advantage
