المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with significant focus on GCC markets especially in Bahrain.
  • — depth knowledge of GCC legal frameworks, including corporate, labor, and commercial laws.
  • — Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • — Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • — Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • — Broad experience in advising on diverse legal matters across various industries.
  • — Familiarity with regional and international regulatory frameworks.
المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • — Law degree from a recognized institution; advanced qualifications preferred.
