  • 01Prepare and manage bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation for various construction projects.
  • 02Analyze project plans and specifications to identify all elements of work and associated costs.
  • 03Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met.
  • 04Collaborate with project managers and contractors to provide cost advice and financial assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • 05Conduct measurements and valuations for work completed and prepare payment applications for contractors.
  • 06Assist in the negotiation and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • 07Stay informed about industry trends, market rates, and changes affecting the construction sector.
  • 08Prepare and quantify all project works including warehouses, residential buildings, infrastructure, and utilities.
  • 09Prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with drawings and specifications.
  • 10Perform cost estimation and pricing for all construction activities.
  • 11Analyze unit rates and review contractors’ and suppliers’ quotations and tenders.
  • 12Prepare, review, and certify interim and final payment certificates.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
  • — A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • — Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.
  • — Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • — Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
  • — Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • — Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field).
  • — of experience in quantity surveying and cost control.
المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • — Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIQS) is preferred.
  • — Knowledge of project management or quantity surveying software (e.g., Primavera or similar) is an advantage.
  • — Familiarity with Saudi Arabia market practices and authority requirements is an advantage
  • — AutoCAD / Revit ability to extract quantities is an advantage
  • — Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) is an added advantage
