  • 03Ensure a 99% accuracy rate in all measurements and calculations.
  • 04Maintain a live database of current labor and material rates in the Doha, Qatar market.
  • 05Contact vendors to get competitive quotes for specialty fit
  • 06Software & Reporting:
  • 07Utilize Excel, Bluebeam, or PlanSwift for rapid take
  • 08offs from CAD and PDF drawings.
  • 09up drawings to verify the logic behind every quantity measured.
  • 10Conduct site visits to verify as
  • 11built measurements against the design drawings.
  • 12Required Skills & Qualifications:
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles.
  • — Strong negotiation and problem
  • — solving skills.
  • — 2 years in Quantity Surveying, specifically within the

  • — Must be an "Excel Expert" and highly proficient in digital take
  • — Ability to distinguish between different types of bespoke joinery, gypsum details, and high
  • — end finishes from 3D renders.
