- 01Set clear performance expectations across all UAE stores.
- 02Ensure consistent luxury brand standards and customer experience.
- 03Manage UAE sales targets, budgets, and forecasts.
- 04Support and deliver the UAE retail growth strategy.
- 05Lead new store openings, relocations, and expansions
- 06opening activities including store readiness, staffing plans, and operational setup.
- 07Provide market insights on customer behavior, mall performance, and competitive activity.
- 08Functional Responsibilities:
- 09Store Performance Oversight
- 10Work with Store Managers to improve commercial results.
- 11Manage people, operational, or performance concerns.
- 12Ensure consistency across all stores.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- — 5 years GCC retail management experience (mandatory)
- — Strong leadership and team management skills
- — Professional, organized, and result
- — Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
- — Candidates with their own visa will be given priority
- — necessary skill set for management of all key personnel. Marketing and Events:
- — Collaborate with the marketing team to execute all related activities.
- — Engage with the local fashion community to increase brand presence and attract new customers.
