  • 08Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • 09Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
  • 10Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • 11Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • 12Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
  • — Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • — 5 years of experience in fit
  • — out projects, with proven expertise in BOQ preparation and supplier management.
  • — Technical Skills:
  • — Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • — Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and fit
  • — Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting.
  • — Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
المؤهلات المفضّلة
  • — Preferred Skills
  • — Fluency in English & Hindi. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • — Bachelor's (Preferred)
