Full-Time | On-Site Lead Financial Performance Across Multiple Businesses Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across three sister companies: a restaurant chain with 30+ branches, a real estate project management consultancy, and an IT solutions company. This is an opportunity to lead financial control, strengthen reporting, and support strategic business decisions, with a primary focus on restaurant operations.
About the Company
Our client is a mid-sized Saudi business group based in Riyadh, operating across three sectors: F&B (a quick-service restaurant chain with 30+ branches under two brands), real estate project management, and IT solutions.
What You'll Own
- Lead financial operations, cash flow management, and monthly reporting across all three companies.
- Develop financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Zakat, VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee restaurant branch sales reconciliation, cash management, inventory, food costs, and accounts payable.
- Prepare branch-level P&L reports, analyze performance, and monitor budgets.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for new restaurant branches.
- Manage franchise receivables, payroll reviews, and GOSI and Wage Protection System compliance.
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and financial reporting for the real estate company.
- Manage payroll and statutory financial obligations for the IT company.
- Lead Odoo implementation and coordinate annual audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 8 years of finance and accounting experience, including 4+ years in multi-branch restaurants or retail.
- Hands-on experience with Saudi Zakat, VAT, e-invoicing, ERP systems (Odoo specifically), and POS reconciliation.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Native Arabic speaker with strong English fluency.
- Strong financial analysis, accuracy, integrity, and ability to manage operational pressure.
- Preferred : SOCPA, CMA, or CPA; multi-entity finance experience; knowledge of GOSI and WPS.
