About the role
This full-time role is dedicated to supporting daily operations within the B2B segment. The person in this position will play a key role in dispatching corporate ride requests, building and managing a fleet of drivers for corporate services, and ensuring seamless execution and follow-up of B2B operations. The role is initially assigned to an evening shift, with potential adjustments based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Handle the dispatching of B2B ride requests.
- Build and manage a fleet of drivers dedicated to corporate services.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on all corporate ride requests.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure high service quality.
- Monitor driver performance and availability for B2B rides.
- Assist in reporting and documentation for all B2B-related rides.
- Support in resolving on-ground issues related to corporate transportation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Preferably 6 months to 2 years of experience in operations or logistics.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, based on business needs.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
