Staff Controller - Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor staff data, headcount, and deployment across projects and contracts.
• Handle large volumes of payroll and staffing data and identify discrepancies.
• Verify new hiring requirements, including deployment plans, timelines, and actual deployment against approved requirements.
• Analyze data, identify trends and variations, and provide insights to support better planning and decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports on staff strength, deployment, and payroll data.
• Extract and analyze data from ERP systems and coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in payroll management, staff data management, or manpower reporting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data accurately.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and system-generated reports.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good coordination skills.
